A bit about us
One’s health and ability to move, plays an integral part in one’s daily performance – lack of movement or poor health, impacts on one’s quality of life.
Movement is directly related to muscle use – it is our passion to improve and ensure optimal use of muscle functionality by means of promoting correct posture as well as exercising correctly.
Ideally, exercises should be performed continuously and under the supervision of a trained and competent Biokineticist in order to prevent incorrect use of muscles and ensuring the correct execution of exercises.
